We have been hearing about tax reform for several years now. With the PATH Act (enacted in December 2015), Congress indicated it was ready to deal with tax reform and has been holding hearings on the topic. Senator Orrin Hatch, chair of the Senate Finance Committee is working on a paper on corporate integration and study on international tax reform continues. With the election of Donald Trump, discussions of broad tax reform have increased and Congress is indicating it is a priority for 2017.

This course covers the reasons comprehensive tax reform is being discussed, the proposals from Congress and the President, how reform may affect your clients, and the prospects for enactment of tax reform legislation. This two-hour CPE webinar with Annette Nellen, CPA, CGMA, Esq., is designed to help you answer client questions about the current status of tax reform and give you a sense of what reform might mean for your practice and tax planning in general.

All professionals involved in tax return preparation and planning for clients will benefit from this insightful update. During the presentation, you will have time to submit your questions to Ms. Nellen.

As our “thank you for attending” gift, firms registered for this webinar will receive a complimentary issue of Wolter Kluwer’s Top Federal Tax Issues for 2017 in electronic format.
