Commercial bribery comes in many forms and is notoriously difficult to prevent, detect, and investigate. This webcast helps practitioners understand the forms of commercial bribery including bribes, kickbacks, and gratuities. It includes examples of commercial bribery gathered from a number of industries. Each "real world" case will include a detailed discussion of the red flags associated with the activity and a list of lessons learned. The participants will also learn how to implement changes in people, process and technology to minimize the frequency and magnitude of commercial bribery schemes.
