Yuan Chou Yuan Chou is a senior director in the Greater Washington, D.C. office where he focuses on core accounting methods, depreciation, and inventory issues. Yuan also has extensive experience assisting clients with Section 199 domestic production activities deduction studies and transaction costs studies. As a member of the Tax Accounting Methods Practice in BDO’s National Tax Services, Yuan regularly consults with BDO professionals, their clients, and Alliance Firm members nationwide. Yuan has written articles for The Tax Adviser and other publications and has also extensively taught during internal BDO and external webcasts, as well as conducted trainings on various accounting methods subjects. Prior to joining BDO in August 2007, Yuan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, where he primarily worked in the Federal Tax Services group of PwC’s Washington National Tax Services office.
