Zoe H. Peppas Zoe Peppas is an Associate in the firm’s State & Local Tax Practice. She assists in counseling firm clients on all aspects of state and local tax, including planning, compliance, audit, and litigation. Before graduating from law school, Zoe was a Summer Associate with the firm. She also served as an intern for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office and the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
