Bradley O'Donnell Bradley is a Managing Director based in our Woodbridge, NJ office. Mr. O’Donnell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. Brad is a Sales and Use Tax professional with over 20 years of experience in state and local audit defense, tax research, loss contingencies, tax compliance, tax systems, refund recovery, SOX and process reengineering. Mr. O’Donnell has achieved industry recognition as a strategic thought leader in Telecommunications and Sales and Use taxes and is a frequent speaker at various tax seminars throughout the country. Prior to joining BDO, Mr. O’Donnell was a Principal at a premier tax consulting company. He has spent half of his career in various management roles in the audit and compliance departments at two Fortune 20 companies, and started his career providing tax advisory services at one of the Big 4.
