Bruce Phillips Bruce is a 25 + year CPA, and Managing Member of HPC. Prior to co-founding HPC, Bruce spent 7 years at Ernst & Young, including 2 years as Audit Manager. Also a former tech start-up CFO and COO , Bruce was an early adopter of cloud technology for accounting and other business systems. As part of his CPA practice, Bruce has helped hundreds of clients navigate the challenging tax and compliance environments that come with doing business in the US.
