Tim Ross EXECUTIVE SUMMARY With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Tim Ross serves clients in several business segments and industries in both the private and public sectors. He has provided entity and corporate tax services to both publicly traded and closely held companies with operations in multiple international and domestic locations. His primary industry focuses are in technology, hospitality, restaurant and government contracting. Tim’s technical experience includes business entity taxation, tax accounting, commercial transactions and structure, private equity, and domestic and global taxation. He routinely advises clients on a wide variety of high-level tax and business issues, including complex corporate tax planning and structuring, tax accounting, research and development (R&D) tax credits, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate international tax. Previously, Tim was a partner with a top-ten accounting firm. Prior to beginning his career in public accounting, he served as a United States Marine for 11 years, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. He is a veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
