CPAs and accountants are so much more than number crunchers! Whether you work in public accounting, industry, or education, the ability to self-regulate (internal) and build meaningful relationships (external) is incredibly important.

Current research shows that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the critical factor, more important than IQ, that sets star performers apart from the rest of the pack. The good news is unlike IQ, EQ can be improved through effort and practice! In addition to covering various EQ theories, participants will identify personal areas of focus and design activities that can help them to further develop the skills needed to lead with empathy and self-awareness.
