Take a deeper dive into the collection process to help your clients avoid federal tax liens, levies (seizures) of assets including wages, bank accounts, retirement income, and other dire consequences.
In addition, learn how to help your clients using the IRS Fast Track Medication Program – Collection which is a voluntary alternative dispute resolution process that helps taxpayers resolve disputes over certain collection issues more quickly than a traditional appeal. Use the program after the IRS has completed its investigation but before the case proceeds to a formal appeal.
