This course is designed for accountants who are working with or assisting clients going through a bankruptcy. With the global pandemic and economic shut down many accountants could find themselves in this position. This course will not provide legal advice, that is for the attorneys. It will discuss assisting clients with filing out financial reports for the bankruptcy trustee and court. We will also discuss some of the options for small businesses in bankruptcy to negotiate debts through a reorganization.
