Depreciation Update from 2025 Legislation

This course will detail expanded options for depreciation available from the 2025 OBBB Act. Specifically, enhancements for §179 and Bonus depreciation. Plus, new 100% depreciation for a new category of property, Qualified Production Property, commercial real estate used for manufacturing and production of personal property including most wholesale food products. Also, depreciation changes for solar equipment installed on rental property, how home solar installed on a home with a bona fide home office may be depreciated.
