Amy McCormick

Amy McCormick is the Senior Director for Learning & Enablement at Wolters Kluwer. Through innovative technology Wolters Kluwer serves as a strategic partner to accounting firms and corporations.

As the Senior Director of Learning & Enablement, Amy is responsible for setting and executing the Learning & Enablement strategy for Sales and Non-Sales Associates and Leaders for Tax and Accounting North America (TAA NA). Amy is also responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for the Pre-Sales Support team at Wolters Kluwer. Consistent with her successful track record of over 10 years in L&E and 15 years in Sales and Sales Leadership, Amy has driven YOY growth in all Sales KPIs and operational excellence, transforming the Learning and Sales culture at Wolters Kluwer. She instills a desire to win every day by putting a laser focus on the development of her teams, the programs she creates and supports, and the success of all Wolters Kluwer associates.

Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Amy spent 12 years at ADP, where she spent 6 years in Learning & Enablement and was part of a small task force that conducted a yearlong transformation and centralization effort of Sales Operations. In addition to her impressive track record in L&E, Amy was also in Sales and Sales Leadership where she held a long history of YOY double digit growth and multiple awards.

Ken Polk

Ken Polk is a passionate sales professional with experience in field sales, sales management, leadership development, and training. At Wolters Kluwer, he is responsible for working with current and future sales leaders and is also the learning champion for the Canadian sales division. Previous to joining Wolters Kluwer, Ken worked at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) for 23 years. Ken lives in Buffalo, NY with his wife and three children.
