Jim Sperduto leads a team focused on helping ADP’s small business clients achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. Since joining ADP in 1994, Jim has traveled a diverse path across the organization. His career began in NYC, where he was promoted from sales associate to hold several regional leadership positions. As a sales operations leader, Jim spearheaded the development of the accountant channel strategy, ultimately extending ADP’s reach and market penetration.
