General Requirements
- 80 Total CPE hours for every rolling two-year period beginning January 1, Year 1 and ending December 31, Year 2
- 3 Ethics CPE Hours for every rolling two-year period beginning January 1, Year 1 and ending December 31, Year 2
Annual Requirements
- 20 CPE hours annually

Do you perform attest functions?
If Yes: You must earn and report at least 8 hours of CPE in Accounting and Auditing courses in the
year you perform attest functions
If No: Earning CPE in Accounting and Auditing courses is not a requirement
