This course will review, explain and analyze any new federal tax legislation impacting individuals and businesses. We’ll discuss the timing and implementation of any new legislation including any potential retroactive tax changes. Plus, review and analysis of proposed tax legislation and possible changes which may impact IRS services for taxpayers or audit focus.
