Uniform Guidance (UG) lays out specific methods of procurement. We will look at the three categories of procurement; 1) Informal, 2)Formal and 3) Noncompetitive. We will look at the perimeters within which the auditee will select their micro-purchase threshold and their simplified acquisition threshold (SAT).
