The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 added and modified several energy credits. The qualification rules are multi-faceted and complex and in the law through 2032. This course covers the residential and vehicle credits applicable to individuals as laid out by Congress and guidance from the IRS. In addition, we'll cover tips to offer to clients and questions to ask to be sure clients qualify. Due diligence and planning considerations are addressed.
