Janice Feldman

Janice has over 35 years of experience in tax controversy and tax administration. She was lead counsel in approximately 2,000 tax cases during her tenure as a trial attorney
at the Department of Justice, Tax Division from 1989 to 2003. From 2003 to 2019, Janice was an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (IRS Counsel). She worked
in a variety of positions in IRS Counsel but starting in September 2014 was the Division Counsel/Associate Chief Counsel for the National Taxpayer Advocate component of the
Internal Revenue Service. She retired from the government in April 2019, and from September 2020 to July 2022 was a remote volunteer attorney for the Harvard University School of Law, Federal Tax Clinic. Janice Feldman is currently Of Counsel at the Ledingham Law Firm.
