Pete RyanPete Ryan co-founded Ryan & Wetmore, P.C. with Michael Wetmore in 1988. With over 30 years of experience, Pete has developed an expertise providing general contractors, sub-contractors, engineers, architects and real estate developers with tax and accounting solutions throughout the DC Metro area. Pete consults with clients to provide surety and bonding assistance, overhead rate analysis, business process improvement, reduction of overhead costs and construction claims pricing to ensure growth to their bottom line.In order to maintain industry acumen, Pete is a member of several local and national organizations including: Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and The Real Estate and Construction Association (RECA). Additionally, Pete is a founding member of the Construction Accounting Network. Pete has been published in Construction Executive magazine and recently presented on construction methods of accounting at the BDO Alliance USA conference in 2015. Pete obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore and a BA in Accounting from the Catholic University of America. |
