 | Aimee HollenhorstMs. Hollenhorst is a CPA specializing in attest and accounting services for the non-profit and government contracting industries as well as audits of employee benefit plans for companies in those industries. Ms. Hollenhorst has over 20 years of public accounting experience including assisting international companies with IAS interpretations, writing internal control manuals, and drafting white papers on accounting pronouncements for the Department of Commerce. She has also conducted a number of agreed-upon procedures engagements including fraud investigations, and has served as interim CFO for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.Ms. Hollenhorst holds a B.S. in Accounting and is licensed in the state of Virginia. She is a member of the AICPA, the VSCPA and the GWSCPA and has served on the Board of Directors for a number of local charities. She is the current Chair of the GWSCPAs Ethics Committee and has served on the Peer Review Committee for the VSCPAs. Ms. Hollenhorst has developed a number of in-house training courses for her own firm, has lead AICPA courses and regularly provides training through the GWSCPA. |
