Frank Collins

Frank Collins is an Assistant Attorney General in the Fraud and Public Corruption Unit of the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Since joining the prosecutions section in early 2006, Collins has reviewed, charged and prosecuted general fraud, insurance fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, public corruption, human smuggling, organized crime and gang-related cases involving scores of defendants. He also handles foreign prosecutions for the office, which requires him to work closely with the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Marshal's Service and the Mexican Federal Attorney's Office. Collins prior experience also includes several years as a Deputy County Attorney for Cochise County, Arizona where he first became involved in the prosecution of drug offenses and violent crimes. Collins graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science and attended law school at the University of San Diego.
