This course is designed for individuals who would like to obtain a basic understanding of how to use data analytics to enhance an audit. We will review the various types of data analytics that are available to auditors. We will discuss the issues with validity and bias when performing data analytics. We will discuss using data analytics in all stages of the audit. Examples of data visualization tools will be provided for participants.
